The Sturdie business will continue trading as Sturdie and operating from our offices in Torrensville SA, Tullamarine VIC and Hemmant QLD. The team will continue to be led by General Manager, Matt Smith and will be supported by Fredon’s SA Regional Director Simon Keen.
In November 2021, Sturdie achieved a major milestone with the formal approval and certification of two important ISO international standards:
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality management systems
- ISO 45001:2018 Occupational health and safety management systems
After an exhaustive R&D and tender process, we're looking forward to starting this project and partnering with SA Health.
It's such a huge step in utilising the latest in CCTV AI technology as detection equipment to monitor and care for the elderly and vulnerable.

We are honoured to announce that Sarah Constructions has awarded Sturdie the electrical services including communications and security services for the new Whyalla Secondary School.

Sturdie has been busy with internal testing of Artificial intelligent CCTV testing ready for Age care homes. Due to the Royal Commission into Aged Care, Sturdie are the forefront of CCTV technology and have solutions to suit all applications.
We are
now at the commissioning phase of this project, the 1250KVA and 400KVA
generators are in place with 99% of the cabling installed.
