Sturdie are Certified to the following International Standards.
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality management systems
- ISO 45001:2018 Occupational health and safety management systems
The Integrated Management System is aimed at achieving customer satisfaction by preventing nonconformity at all stages from tendering for jobs, through to delivery of the project, and it applies similarly to the office and all sites where Sturdie activities are being undertaken. The activities and operations undertaken at Head Office and at project locations are included under Certification, including the offices in Melbourne and Brisbane and their project activities undertaken in temporary locations.
The Management Manual is the main reference document for all quality, workplace safety and environmental related activities undertaken by Sturdie, with consideration to external and internal issues that are relevant to our purpose and strategic direction and to those issues which affect our ability to achieve the intended results of the Integrated Management System.
The primary purpose of the System, is to ensure business practices are consistent and the potential workplace safety hazards and environmental impacts of each site are identified, analysed and acted upon, where appropriate. We intend to continually improve and demonstrate sound quality, workplace safety and environmental performance in the context of current federal and state legislation, and with reference to our customer specific needs or requirements.
