On International Women’s Day, we celebrate the incredible women who contribute so much to the success of our business, industry and communities. Fredon Group CEO Scott Olsen recognised the women in our business.
“We are proud of the achievements, dedication, and leadership of the women in our businesses, and we are grateful for the unique perspectives they bring to everything we do.”
International Women’s Day is not only a time to recognise and celebrate the progress made but also to acknowledge the work still to be done. This year’s theme, For ALL women and girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment reminds us of the importance of ensuring equal access to education, employment, financial services, and literacy. By empowering women with the tools and opportunities to thrive, we strengthen individuals, businesses, and communities alike.
Let us reaffirm our commitment to creating a world where equality is not just a goal but a reality for all women and girls.

The theme of "For ALL women and girls: Rights. Equality.
